SafeSpace is built for honest conversation without harassment, graphic content, pressure or judgement.

Our shared commitments

• Respect each person’s story, boundaries and privacy.
• Do not share another member’s words or identity outside SafeSpace.
• Avoid graphic descriptions and add a content note where appropriate.
• Never pressure someone to disclose, respond or accept private contact.
• Report concerns to trained staff rather than confronting another member.

How moderation works

Members can report and block. Configurable safety phrases may place a community post in a staff review queue, but content is never clinically diagnosed or sent to emergency services automatically. Private journals are not scanned.

Urgent situations

SafeSpace is not monitored 24/7. Call 000 where life is in danger or Lifeline on 13 11 14 for 24/7 crisis support.
