What we collect

Account contact details, age confirmation, organisation membership, community activity, reports, private check-ins and journal entries you choose to create.

Why we collect it

To provide the service, protect private communities, respond to reports, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We do not sell data, show advertising or train AI models on member content.

Who can see it

Approved members see your chosen display name and community posts. Journals remain visible only to you unless you explicitly share a selected entry with an assigned counsellor. Privileged staff access is restricted and audited.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, consent withdrawal or deletion, subject to applicable health-record and legal retention requirements. Contact the SafeSpace privacy officer through the contact page.
